WHAT IS MASTER FLAME, AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Master Flame is a Class A fire retardant designed to protect absorbent materials from the spread of flames and inhibit the development of toxic smoke.
Apply Master Flame using a spray device, paint roller, or by soaking smaller items directly. No special equipment or experience required.
Once applied, Master Flame absorbs directly into the material, binding within its structure to create a protective barrier from the inside out.
When exposed to flame, that barrier resists ignition and slows the spread of fire, giving you critical time to respond before a fire has the chance to spread.

ASTM E84
The industry standard for measuring how quickly flame and smoke spread across building materials. Master Flame earned a Class A rating, the highest classification achievable, with a Flame Spread Index of just 15.
